“Honest food” would be a good way to describe our style. The most delicious and beautiful food begins with the freshest ingredients. We are responding to the increasing demand for fine quality food from local and regional producers. Only the finest, purest, freshest and most whole foods are used.

We respect food, have a great passion for it and search extensively in the markets of the UK and Europe for the best available produce. Closer to home, we pride ourselves on selecting Lamb, Beef and Poultry from small well-managed farms that use less intensive, traditional farming methods.

We make everything from scratch including all our stocks for sauces.

Our canapés are ‘bite-size’ and easy to eat. They are made from a wide range of fresh ingredients, creating
menus of different colour, shape, texture and flavour.

For a less formal style of eating, a buffet works well. We are passionate about presentation and our handmade Italian range of ceramics or funky perspex plinths ensures the wow factor.

Mustard Catering

Anna Venturi launched Italian Secrets catering company in 1995 and was joined by Letizia Tufari eight years later. A mother and daughter team, originally from Milan, the company has grown from their passion for good food and Northern Italian sense of style and design- perfect ingredients for creating chic, polished events.

Italian Secrets offers bespoke catering with a meticulous attention to detail for both the private and corporate market. Their food captures the best kept secrets of an Italian kitchen using the finest, freshest ingredients sourced from specialist suppliers.

Italian Secrets has recently launched London’s first Corporate Cookery Centre- Venturi’s Table. The centre has been custom-built around two, state-of-the-art kitchens to offer groups of business people a unique team building experience built around a fun, relaxed cookery class. During a class, teams of up to 60 can enjoy a gourmet three course meal they have created themselves.
